Anyone who has had to endure the sounds of Tinnitus will know the anguish and disruption the sounds of constant ringing in the ears can bring. Most tinnitus sufferers would be willing to do just about anything to silence the sounds of tinnitus. Fortunately there are now a number of new and proven remedies for tinnitus, a large percentage of which are natural non-invasive techniques.
It was with this in mind I decided to write this article, to inform fellow tinnitus sufferers of the various treatment Silencil options, to treat what was once considered an untreatable affliction.
Different types of remedies for tinnitus include:
- Medication : Whilst medication can be effective for many sufferers, it isn’t a cure all, unfortunately the current medications simply help to reduce the volume of the ringing in the ears, not totally silence it.
- Lifestyle : As with most afflictions, eating well and exercise help reduce, and in some cases (in particular those who’s condition is related to hypertension) cure tinnitus. Vitamin supplements can also help, zinc and magnesium in particular have shown promising results.
- Relaxation therapies: Relaxation therapies, combined with the lifestyle remedies above, also have varying amounts of success, what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. Some of the therapies that have shown some promising results include acupuncture, meditation and yoga.
